Muhammad Adil is a senior finance and treasury professional with over 20 years of diversified leadership experience across construction, mining, automotive manufacturing, industrial, and textile sectors. He specializes in financial governance, treasury management, ERP-enabled financial controls, banking relationships, project financing, and operational finance transformation.

At Riseon Advisory, he works closely with organizations to strengthen financial control environments, optimize treasury operations, improve financial visibility, and establish disciplined, scalable financial management frameworks that support operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

His expertise spans treasury and cash flow management, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ERP implementation, project financing, budgeting and variance analysis, banking and syndicate coordination, LC/LG management, financial reporting, and internal control enhancement. He brings extensive practical experience in aligning financial governance with operational and business realities across complex organizational environments.

Prior to joining Riseon Advisory, Adil held senior finance and treasury leadership positions across leading organizations including AM Associates, Al-Haj Asia Mining Development, Al-Haj Automotive, Siddiqsons Tin Plate, and Lucky Tex Pakistan. His experience includes leading treasury operations for large-scale infrastructure and industrial operations, managing funded and non-funded banking facilities, coordinating project financing arrangements, implementing ERP systems, and strengthening enterprise-wide financial governance frameworks.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Muhammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU) and possesses hands-on expertise in SAP Business One (SAP B1), Oracle-based ERP systems, financial reporting systems, and advanced financial analytics tools.
