About Hasan

Hasan Siddiqui is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Riseon Advisory, leading the firm's strategic direction across governance, enterprise transformation, financial architecture, risk advisory, and ERP-enabled operational controls. A Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of leadership experience, he has advised organizations across infrastructure, manufacturing, banking, healthcare, FMCG, energy, and public-interest sectors.

He is widely recognized for helping organizations strengthen governance, institutionalize controls, improve operational visibility, and build scalable, performance-driven business environments. His expertise combines strategic advisory with deep practical experience across finance, risk, systems, and operations.

Prior to establishing Riseon Advisory, Hasan served as Executive Director & Group CFO of AM Associates, where he led financial governance, ERP-enabled controls, project-finance architecture, procurement oversight, and board-level reporting frameworks for large-scale infrastructure and urban transport projects.

Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Ernst & Young across Pakistan and the MENA region, leading enterprise risk, governance, internal audit, and transformation engagements for leading organizations including Unilever Pakistan, GSK Pakistan, Pakistan Oxygen, National Foods, PARCO, K-Electric, and Aga Khan University Hospital.

Hasan also served in leadership roles at Lucky Cement Limited and Citibank N.A. Pakistan, where he led initiatives involving SAP-enabled controls, AI-driven operational monitoring, regulatory reporting, compliance, and financial governance within highly regulated and complex business environments.

His core expertise includes enterprise governance, ERP and SAP-enabled transformation, infrastructure project controls, risk management, operational restructuring, board reporting, donor-funded project frameworks, and institutional development. He is particularly known for his execution-focused leadership style and his ability to translate complex business challenges into structured, measurable, and sustainable solutions.
